Defy Definition…Live! Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
Open to currently enrolled Rowan University students who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST and ends on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 2:00PM EST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Rowan University reserves the right to modify or cancel at any time.

How to Enter:
To receive one (1) entry, attend the Defy Definition…Live! event in person on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 and swipe your RowanID at the Sweepstakes Table. If a particpant does not have their RowanID available, they may enter by providing their first name, last name, and valid Rowan University student email address to a representative at the Sweepstakes table. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prizes:
Non-transferable. One (1) winner will receive a 2025 Macbook Air 15- laptop with M4 Chip: 16GB memory. Sky Blue (ARV $1,199.00). Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Rowan Information Resources & Technology Department has no involvement and the device will not be insured by Rowan University. Any additional Apple related fees and or registration costs are to be covered by the winner.

Winner Selection:
Winner selected randomly on or about Thursday, April 16th, 2026 and notified via phone or email. Winners must be current students in good academic or disciplinary standing. If not claimed within three (3) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Taxes & Delivery:
All applicable taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Winner responsible for redeeming prize in person from the Division of Marketing & Communication at 225 Rowan Blvd., Suite 200, Glassboro, NJ 08028.

Publicity & Liability:
Participation constitutes consent to use name, likeness for promotional purposes where permitted by law. By entering, participants release Rowan University from liability related to participation or prize use.
